I serve the climate movement by helping climate strategists, actors and funders hear each other’s stories and understand each other’s work, so they can align on common goals and move resources for greater impact toward them. By enabling effective communication, I aspire to help level the playing field within climate action for front-line groups from geographically or economically marginalized populations, so they have equal access to resources and power.
As a professional, I value facts, transparency, and people-led ethical storytelling. In language I strive for clarity and concision, while defending diversity of perspective and communication style. I resist jargon, cliché and homogeneity.
